Billing Policy – CryptSurf VPN

1. Overview

CryptSurf Inc offers Virtual Private Network (VPN) services via prepaid subscription plans. Billing is conducted exclusively through cryptocurrency payments and in-app purchases via third-party platforms (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).

CryptSurf Inc is a company legally incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and operates solely under BVI jurisdiction. It does not offer services governed by the laws of the European Union, Germany, or any other foreign legal system.

By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cryptocurrencies (e.g., USDT, USDC, BTC), processed via trusted third-party payment gateways.
  • In-app purchases, processed and managed entirely by Apple Inc. and Google LLC through their respective platforms.

CryptSurf Inc does not process, store, or handle any card, wallet, or identity information. All billing data is exclusively managed by the respective external platforms. CryptSurf cannot access your financial credentials.

3. Billing Terms and Renewal

  • Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles.
  • All subscriptions are configured to auto-renew by default unless manually cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date.
  • Cancellation must be performed through the user’s account settings or the relevant app store (Apple or Google).

CryptSurf Inc does not have access to user accounts within app stores and is not responsible for cancellations not processed through these external systems.

4. Payment Failures

  • Cryptocurrency payments that are unconfirmed or fail to clear on the blockchain will result in the related order remaining in “pending” status until confirmation.
  • App Store / Google Play purchases are subject to the billing systems, policies, and error handling of those respective platforms. Any issues must be resolved directly with Apple or Google.

CryptSurf Inc has no technical or financial control over transactions conducted via third-party payment providers.

5. Invoices and Receipts

  • For cryptocurrency transactions, invoices can be issued upon request by providing a valid customer ID or transaction hash.
  • For App Store / Google Play transactions, all receipts and invoices must be obtained directly from the relevant platform and are not provided by CryptSurf Inc.

CryptSurf cannot provide tax-compliant invoices for app store purchases.

6. Currency and Exchange Rates

  • All prices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).
  • For cryptocurrency payments, exchange rates are calculated at the time of transaction based on data from the selected payment gateway.
  • In-app purchases are displayed in the user’s local currency, depending on regional settings defined by Apple or Google.

7. Legal Limitations and Disclaimer

  • CryptSurf Inc is not responsible for payment processing delays, failed confirmations, gateway errors, or pricing discrepancies arising from currency fluctuations.
  • CryptSurf shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of payment-related issues, including refund delays or external platform disputes.

All billing transactions are final unless otherwise specified under the platform’s policy or applicable BVI law.
