  • Authorized cryptocurrency payment processors;
  • Apple App Store;
  • Google Play Store;
  • Other approved payment providers.

Cryptocurrency payments may require blockchain confirmation before services, subscriptions, or reseller wallet credits become active.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are limited because CryptSurf services are digital products that may become available immediately after payment confirmation or activation.

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

Service Non-Delivery

If a confirmed payment was completed but the purchased CryptSurf service or activation entitlement was not delivered due to a verified CryptSurf technical failure.

Confirmed Technical Failure

If a persistent technical issue caused by CryptSurf infrastructure prevents reasonable use of the purchased service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Promotional Refund Guarantees

If a specific refund guarantee was explicitly provided during the purchase process.

All refund requests are reviewed individually.

4. Cryptocurrency Payment Refunds

Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

For verified eligible cases, CryptSurf may process refunds at its discretion and according to applicable policies.

Refund evaluation may require:

  • transaction hash;
  • payment details;
  • description of the issue.

CryptSurf does not require unnecessary personal identification documents for normal refund requests.

5. App Store and Google Play Purchases

Purchases made through:

  • Apple App Store;
  • Google Play Store;

are subject to the refund policies and procedures of those platforms.

CryptSurf Inc does not control or override Apple or Google refund decisions.

Refund requests for these purchases must be submitted through the relevant platform.

  • unused subscription time after successful activation;
  • loss or disclosure of activation codes by the customer;
  • problems caused by third-party software, devices, networks, or operating systems;

8. Reseller Purchases

Reseller transactions are governed by the CryptSurf Reseller Agreement.

Reseller wallet funding and activation code purchases are considered completed digital transactions once:

  • payment is confirmed;
  • wallet balance is credited;
  • activation codes are generated or delivered.

CryptSurf is not responsible for:

  • reseller pricing decisions;
  • unauthorized resale;
  • customer disputes created by reseller actions.

9. Service Abuse and Termination

Refunds are not available for accounts or access rights suspended or terminated due to:

  • fraud;
  • abuse;
  • illegal activities;
  • violation of CryptSurf policies.

10. Legal Framework

CryptSurf Inc is incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

This Refund Policy is interpreted according to applicable laws and regulations.

Mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
