Terms of Service – CryptSurf VPN

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CryptSurf VPN services, websites, applications, or related platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use CryptSurf services.

CryptSurf Inc is incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI). These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to applicable laws of the British Virgin Islands, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

2. Services Provided

CryptSurf Inc provides VPN services designed to improve online privacy, security, and connectivity.

Our services may include:

  • VPN access
  • encrypted network connections
  • VPN applications
  • account and subscription management
  • related digital services

Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

CryptSurf Inc does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability;
  • specific connection speeds;
  • access from every network or location;
  • error-free operation at all times.

The user understands that internet-based services may experience interruptions due to factors outside CryptSurf’s reasonable control.

3. Anonymous Customer Identity

CryptSurf supports an anonymous customer access model.

Customer accounts may be identified through a CryptSurf-generated 16-digit customer identifier.

Customers may use this identifier to:

  • access their CryptSurf account;
  • manage subscriptions;
  • access VPN services.

Customers are responsible for keeping their CryptSurf identifier secure.

CryptSurf does not require customers to provide personal identity information unless required for specific legal, payment, or support purposes.

4. Activation Codes and Reseller Distribution

CryptSurf VPN activation codes may be distributed through authorized CryptSurf resellers.

Resellers:

  • operate independently;
  • distribute CryptSurf activation codes;
  • do not manage customer accounts;
  • do not access customer VPN activity or personal data.

Resellers do not provide VPN services themselves.

CryptSurf remains responsible for:

  • VPN infrastructure;
  • customer accounts;
  • subscriptions;
  • technical service operation.

Activation codes generated through the CryptSurf reseller platform are subject to CryptSurf policies and terms.

5. Eligibility

To use CryptSurf services, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old; or
  • meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.

By using the service, you confirm that you have legal authority to enter into this agreement.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

  • use CryptSurf services for illegal activities;
  • attempt unauthorized access to networks or systems;
  • distribute malware or harmful content;
  • abuse, disrupt, or interfere with CryptSurf infrastructure;
  • attempt to bypass security controls;
  • misuse activation codes or payment systems.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials or CryptSurf customer identifier.

Any activity performed through your account or identifier may be attributed to your account unless caused by CryptSurf security failures.

7. Payment and Billing

CryptSurf may accept payments through:

  • cryptocurrency payment methods;
  • authorized cryptocurrency payment processors;
  • Apple App Store;
  • Google Play Store;
  • other approved payment providers.

CryptSurf does not store:

  • payment card details;
  • private wallet keys;
  • cryptocurrency exchange credentials.

Cryptocurrency payments may require blockchain confirmation before services, subscriptions, or reseller wallet credits become active.

CryptSurf may use third-party payment providers to process transactions.

CryptSurf does not operate as:

  • a cryptocurrency exchange;
  • a financial institution;
  • a custodial wallet provider.

8. Subscription Activation and Digital Services

Subscriptions become active after successful payment confirmation or valid activation code redemption.

Subscription periods may include:

  • monthly plans;
  • multi-month plans;
  • annual plans;
  • other available plans.

Activation codes represent digital access rights to CryptSurf services.

Once activated, subscriptions are subject to the applicable subscription terms.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to the CryptSurf Refund Policy.

For cryptocurrency payments:

  • contact support within the applicable refund period;
  • requests are reviewed individually;
  • refunds are not guaranteed where services have already been activated or consumed.

For Apple App Store and Google Play purchases:

refund requests must follow the policies of the respective platforms.

Reseller activation code purchases are governed by the applicable reseller agreement.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

CryptSurf Inc may suspend or terminate access if a user:

  • violates these Terms;
  • engages in fraud;
  • abuses the service;
  • attempts to compromise system security;
  • uses the service for prohibited activities.

Suspension or termination may occur immediately when necessary to protect the service, users, or infrastructure.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

CryptSurf processes information according to its Privacy Policy.

CryptSurf is designed around privacy-focused principles and does not intentionally collect unnecessary personal information.

CryptSurf does not provide resellers with:

  • customer identities;
  • VPN activity;
  • IP information;
  • connection history;
  • device information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptSurf Inc shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages;
  • loss of profits;
  • business interruption;
  • loss caused by misuse of the service;
  • issues caused by third-party networks or providers.

CryptSurf provides services on an “as available” basis.

Users remain responsible for determining whether CryptSurf services are suitable for their intended use.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

CryptSurf Inc is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

Any disputes shall be handled according to applicable jurisdiction rules and procedures.

Mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

14. Changes to These Terms

CryptSurf may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions become effective when published on the CryptSurf website.

Continued use of CryptSurf services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
