Acceptable Use Policy – CryptSurf VPN

 

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the acceptable and prohibited use of CryptSurf VPN services.

The purpose of this policy is to:

  • protect the security and stability of CryptSurf infrastructure;
  • prevent abuse of the service;
  • ensure responsible use by customers, resellers, and authorized users.

CryptSurf Inc provides a privacy-focused VPN service.

Customers may access CryptSurf services using a CryptSurf-generated 16-digit customer identifier.

CryptSurf does not monitor or store VPN traffic activity for the purpose of tracking user behavior.

2. User Responsibilities

By using CryptSurf VPN, you agree to:

  • comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
  • use the service responsibly;
  • protect your CryptSurf account identifier, activation codes, or credentials;
  • avoid activities that may harm CryptSurf infrastructure or other users.

Users remain responsible for their own actions while using the service.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use CryptSurf VPN services to:

  • conduct illegal activities;
  • commit fraud or financial abuse;
  • distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software;
  • perform unauthorized access attempts;
  • violate intellectual property rights;
  • operate phishing campaigns;
  • distribute spam or abusive automated traffic;
  • interfere with CryptSurf systems or infrastructure;
  • attempt to bypass security protections;
  • abuse activation codes, payment systems, or reseller systems.

4. Network Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • launching or participating in DoS/DDoS attacks;
  • operating botnets or command-and-control networks;
  • performing unauthorized vulnerability scanning;
  • exploiting security vulnerabilities;
  • intentionally degrading service availability;
  • generating excessive traffic that negatively impacts infrastructure.

CryptSurf does not monitor user traffic content or browsing activity.

However, CryptSurf may process limited technical information necessary to:

  • maintain service reliability;
  • detect infrastructure abuse;
  • protect platform security;
  • respond to security incidents.

5. VPN Privacy and Logging Principles

CryptSurf is designed around privacy-focused principles.

CryptSurf does not intentionally collect or store:

  • browsing history;
  • traffic content;
  • DNS request history;
  • destination websites;
  • user activity profiles.

CryptSurf does not provide resellers with:

  • customer identities;
  • VPN activity information;
  • IP information;
  • device usage information.

6. Reseller and Activation Code Usage

Authorized CryptSurf resellers may distribute activation codes through the official reseller platform.

Resellers:

  • do not manage customer accounts;
  • do not access VPN activity;
  • do not control customer subscriptions;
  • do not have access to customer usage information.

Resellers must not:

  • create unauthorized activation codes;
  • modify CryptSurf systems;
  • misuse reseller wallet systems;
  • engage in fraudulent code distribution.

7. Security and Infrastructure Protection

CryptSurf reserves the right to implement reasonable technical protections to maintain service integrity.

These measures may include:

  • abuse prevention mechanisms;
  • service protection controls;
  • infrastructure security measures;
  • account or access restrictions.

Such measures are intended to protect CryptSurf services and users and are not designed to monitor normal user activity.

8. Suspension and Termination

CryptSurf may suspend or terminate access if a user or reseller:

  • violates this AUP;
  • abuses CryptSurf services;
  • attempts unauthorized system access;
  • compromises platform security;
  • engages in fraudulent activity.

Termination may occur immediately when necessary to protect CryptSurf infrastructure.

Refunds are not provided for services suspended or terminated due to violations of this policy.

9. Reporting Abuse

  • affected systems;
  • timestamps;
  • relevant evidence;
  • abuse reports from hosting providers or affected parties.

10. Jurisdiction and Legal Requests

CryptSurf Inc is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.

CryptSurf responds to valid legal requests according to applicable laws and legal obligations.

Because CryptSurf does not intentionally store VPN activity logs, CryptSurf cannot provide information that it does not possess.

11. Updates to This Policy

CryptSurf may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically.

Updated versions become effective when published on the CryptSurf website.

Continued use of CryptSurf services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
