Acceptable Use Policy – CryptSurf VPN

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines prohibited activities when using CryptSurf VPN. Its purpose is to protect the technical stability and integrity of our infrastructure and to define boundaries for responsible use.

CryptSurf Inc operates a privacy-focused VPN service with no user accounts, emails, or identifiable credentials. Users access the service using an anonymous, system-generated 16-digit access code. No personal data is collected, logged, or stored.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use CryptSurf VPN services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws within your local jurisdiction
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
  • Violate intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark)
  • Distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • Interfere with, degrade, or overload CryptSurf's infrastructure or service capacity

CryptSurf Inc does not monitor or log user traffic, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your usage complies with applicable laws in your country.

3. Network Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Participating in or launching DoS/DDoS attacks
  • Using the service for automated scraping or crawling beyond fair use
  • Attempting to scan, exploit, or test security mechanisms
  • Routing or relaying botnets or command/control traffic
  • Any behavior that could disrupt or threaten the performance or reputation of CryptSurf VPN

4. Jurisdiction and Legal Process

CryptSurf Inc is a company registered and operating solely under the jurisdiction of the British Virgin Islands (BVI). We do not cooperate with or respond to legal requests from jurisdictions outside BVI unless explicitly required by a BVI court order.

We do not retain any identifiable user data and therefore cannot provide user activity logs, identities, or IP addresses to any party.

5. Enforcement

CryptSurf reserves the right to suspend or permanently block access to users or servers engaged in abuse or violations of this policy, with or without notice.
We may implement technical protections, including server blacklists or traffic filtering, to safeguard infrastructure integrity.

No refunds will be issued in the event of a suspension or termination resulting from violation of this policy.
