Dealer Agreement
DEALER / RESELLER AGREEMENT – CryptSurf VPN
This Dealer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between CryptSurf Inc, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI), and you (“Reseller” or “Dealer”).
By accepting this Agreement or using the CryptSurf Reseller Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Purpose of Agreement
CryptSurf Inc grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to participate in the CryptSurf reseller program for the distribution of CryptSurf VPN activation codes.
The Reseller Platform allows authorized resellers to:
- fund a reseller wallet using approved cryptocurrency payment methods;
- generate CryptSurf VPN activation codes according to available plans;
- distribute activation codes to end-users.
CryptSurf Inc provides the CryptSurf VPN service and maintains all customer accounts, subscriptions, technical infrastructure, and backend systems.
Resellers act as independent distributors of CryptSurf activation codes and do not provide VPN services themselves.
The Reseller relationship does not create any agency, employment, partnership, franchise, or legal representation relationship between the Reseller and CryptSurf Inc.
2. Reseller Rights and Responsibilities
As an authorized CryptSurf Reseller, you agree:
- To use the official CryptSurf Reseller Platform for activation code generation.
- To fund your reseller wallet only through approved payment methods.
- To distribute CryptSurf activation codes lawfully and responsibly.
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You may:
- purchase wallet credit through approved cryptocurrency payments;
- generate activation codes for available subscription periods;
- resell activation codes to end-users.
You may not:
- modify, copy, reverse-engineer, or generate CryptSurf activation codes outside the official platform;
- attempt to access or modify CryptSurf systems;
- create sub-resellers or third-party distribution networks without prior written approval;
- represent yourself as an employee, branch, legal representative, or official office of CryptSurf Inc.

- do not manage customer subscriptions;
- do not access customer dashboards;
- do not access VPN usage information;
- do not control customer accounts.
End-users activate their CryptSurf access directly through the CryptSurf platform using their activation code or CryptSurf customer identity.

- IP addresses;
- VPN connection data;
- device information;

Wallet credit is applied only after successful payment confirmation.
The payment process may include:
- blockchain transaction verification;
- transaction hash validation;
- duplicate payment protection;
- payment status confirmation.
A pending payment does not create available reseller wallet balance until confirmed.
CryptSurf Inc may use third-party payment processors or infrastructure providers for cryptocurrency payment processing.
CryptSurf Inc does not operate as a cryptocurrency exchange or provide financial services.
6. Activation Code Generation and Usage
Activation codes are generated exclusively through the CryptSurf Reseller Platform.
Available subscription periods may include:

- 12 months.
Code generation may require sufficient reseller wallet balance.
Each activation code generation transaction may create:
- wallet debit record;
- ledger entry;
- activation code record;
- invoice/payment reference.
Activation codes are intended solely for legitimate CryptSurf VPN subscription activation.
Resellers are responsible for protecting generated codes from unauthorized access.
7. Payments, Invoices and Refunds
CryptSurf Inc provides payment records and invoices for eligible reseller transactions.
Reseller payment records may include:
- payment date;

Refunds are handled according to CryptSurf refund policies and applicable agreements.
8. Technical Support and Customer Handling
Resellers are not authorized to:
