Dealer Agreement

DEALER AGREEMENT – CryptSurf VPN

This Dealer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between CryptSurf Inc, a limited liability company incorporated and existing under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI), and you, the Dealer.

By accepting this Agreement or purchasing CryptSurf activation codes at dealer rates, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Purpose of Agreement

CryptSurf Inc grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable right to purchase VPN access codes at wholesale rates for the sole purpose of reselling them to end-users.
You acknowledge that CryptSurf Inc provides only code-based access to an anonymous VPN service and does not establish customer accounts or user identities.

2. Dealer Obligations and Restrictions

By acting as a CryptSurf Dealer, you agree:

  • To purchase activation codes directly from CryptSurf at the applicable dealer price
  • To resell the codes at a price of your choosing
  • Not to modify, copy, generate, or reverse-engineer any code or backend system
  • Not to act as a distributor or create sub-dealers without prior written approval
  • Not to misrepresent yourself as an official branch, partner, or legal representative of CryptSurf Inc

You acknowledge that you are acting independently and not as an agent or affiliate of CryptSurf Inc.

3. User Privacy and Data Access

  • You shall have no access to any CryptSurf VPN user activity, IP address, account, or device information.
  • End-users use the system without registration via a 16-digit anonymous access key.
  • You must not request, collect, retain, or process any personal information from the end-user.

CryptSurf Inc does not provide or expose user data to any dealers under any circumstance.

4. Technical Support and Customer Handling

  • You are not authorized to provide support or modify any part of the VPN system.
  • All technical and customer support matters are handled exclusively by CryptSurf Inc.
  • Dealers must direct all inquiries to: support@cryptsurfvpn.net

5. Payments and Refunds

  • All dealer payments are prepaid in full, using approved cryptocurrency methods.
  • Once delivered, activation codes are final and non-refundable.
  • CryptSurf Inc is not liable for codes that are lost, stolen, misused, or resold by you or third parties.

No credit, replacement, or reimbursement will be provided after delivery.

6. Branding and Use of Name

  • You may state that you are a “CryptSurf VPN Code Dealer”.
  • You may not use CryptSurf’s brand names, domain, logo, trademarks, or marketing materials without prior written permission.
  • Unauthorized use of brand assets constitutes grounds for immediate termination.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement with 15 days written notice.
  • CryptSurf Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate this agreement immediately in case of breach or misuse.
  • Upon termination, any unused codes in your possession may no longer be supported by CryptSurf servers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptSurf Inc shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss
  • Any business loss, customer refund, resale dispute, or system error
  • Any damages resulting from your own pricing, sales practices, or customer interactions

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory, including negligence or breach of contract.

9. Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI).
Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the BVI courts.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the dealer relationship.
Any prior agreements, verbal or written, are hereby superseded.

By purchasing and reselling CryptSurf VPN codes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Dealer Agreement.
